Method 1. By Email
You can submit via Email, (to our support email address). support@networkz.com.sg
Put issue subject in the Email Subject.
The system will automatically convert the email subject into the Ticket Subject
If there are ref images, attach it together with the email. (make sure its not more than 8mb in size!)
To help us understand issue better, do provide the following when reporting issue:
- ref image (screen shot or image issue example) - attach them as files in email!
- url
- steps of how the issue occur (so we can duplicate it!)
Method 2. By Submitting New Support Ticket via Helpdesk
You can also Log In to this Helpdesk System and Add A New Ticket, with the subject clearly stated.
To help us understand issue better, do provide the following when reporting issue:
- ref image (screen shot or image issue example) - upload onto ticket before submit
- url
- steps of how the issue occur (so we can duplicate it!)
