1. Open the Team-viewer software by double click the Team-viewer icon.

2. Copy Your Id and Password and send us to connect with your computer.

3. Otherwise take screen shot of Team-viewer by pressing print screen button on windows and Command + Shift + 4 button on mac.

4. Open the paint software and paste the screen shot by pressing ‘control+V’ on windows and ‘Command+V’ on mac.

5. Then save the image.
