Tip: Whenever you submit an issue: state clearly the subject
Method 1. By Email
For every new batch of issues that you are submitting via Email, (to our support email address), put a new email subject.
Do not reply all from an email and use some old Email Subject.
Like this, the system will automatically convert the email subject into the Ticket Subject
Method 2. By Submitting New Support Ticket via Helpdesk
If you are submitting ticket by Logging Into System and Adding A New Ticket, state clearly the subject.
Result:
With the Ticket Title clearly stated, its easier for both sides to log into this system and review the issue.
