How To Submit Ticket Using Emails? : NWZ Helpdesk

There has been changes to our helpdesk settings. To make our work more efficient, do not use email to send/reply tickets.

To reply/add more comments to Ticket, pls log into Helpdesk, then submit a reply at the TICKET URL.

Pls DO NOT REPLY to even paste , nor from your email address.
